Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns with some products exceptions. Please read our Return Policy for more Information.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, products can be exchanged with exceptions of some products. The products must be unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping and the re-ship fee is paid by the customer.
Are returns free?
The return shipping is paid by the customer or us depending on the reason for the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
After you open a return on your order it may take up to 24 hours to respond to the return request (excluding Weekends)

Can I change my order?
Yes, the order can be changed before the order is shipped. You can send us a message if you want to make changes to your order. If the changed order is a different amount, then the original order the difference will need to be paid or will be refunded.

just to mention the few.
Where do you ship?
We ship most of our products to All 50 States in the United States. There are some exceptions in some of our products. Please check our compliance page for further information
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day, but it can 1-3 business days depending on the availability of the product.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
It usually takes approximately 3 to 5 business days for the order to get delivered after its shipped.
Do you offer fast shipping?
Other than our free standard shipping, we do offer faster shipping for an additional cost. The faster shipping option can be found at the checkout page.
How can I track my package?
As soon as the item is shipped, you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be added to your order. The order can be tracked by going to Account > Orders.
